Sellibra is a tool for Etsy sellers: it generates designs, builds mockups, writes listing content and publishes to your shop. To do that it has to hold your shop data. This page says exactly what we hold, why, who else sees it, and how long we keep it.
Who we are
Sellibra LLC operates this service. If you have a question about your data, open a ticket from Support inside the app, or email us at the address published on our website.
What we collect
- Account details — email address, name, and phone number if you provide one. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash; we cannot read them. If you sign in with Google or Apple we receive your email address and profile name from them.
- Etsy shop data — once you connect a shop we store an access token for it, plus the shop name and ID. Through that token we read and write listings, and read receipts. Receipts include the buyer's name, shipping address and any note they left, because a physical product cannot be fulfilled without them.
- Content you create or upload — reference images, designs, mockups, templates and the generated results. Files live on our CDN storage under a per-account path.
- Billing records — plan, credit balance, invoices, and bank transfer requests. Card numbers never reach our servers; Stripe handles them and returns only a reference.
- Activity log — sign-ins, credit spend, automation runs and admin actions on your account. This is what powers the Activity page and lets us investigate a dispute.
Why we hold it
To run the service you asked for: publishing to Etsy needs the shop token, fulfilling an order needs the buyer address, charging for credits needs a billing record, and refunding a bad generation needs the record of what was generated. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your designs to train models.
Who else processes it
Parts of the service run on specialist providers, and we send each of them only what their task needs:
- Etsy — listing and order data, under the permission you grant when you connect a shop.
- Payment processing — our payment provider handles card details and subscriptions directly; we only receive a reference and the result.
- Image and text generation — the reference image or prompt you submit is sent to the model provider that produces the result. They process it to return your output, not to train on it.
- File storage and delivery — your designs and mockups are stored with our storage provider and served from their network.
- Email delivery — verification codes and account notices.
These providers operate in various countries, so your data may be processed outside your own. We can name the current providers on request — write to us through Support.
How long we keep it
- Account, shop, design and billing data: until you delete them.
- Notifications: 90 days.
- Activity log: 12 months.
- Generated export files: 7 days.
Deleting your account removes your designs, shop connection, activity and notifications. Records we are legally required to keep — invoices, for example — are retained for the statutory period.
Your choices
- Disconnect a shop at any time from Settings → Integrations. We stop reading it immediately and drop the token.
- Export your data or delete your account from Settings → Account.
- Correct your details from Settings → Account, or ask us through Support.
Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to processing or to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Security
Sessions use HTTP-only cookies, passwords are salted and hashed, and Etsy tokens are stored server-side and never sent to your browser. Access to production data is limited to staff who need it, and every administrative action on an account is logged.
Changes
If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and, for anything material, tell you in the app before it takes effect.
