What Sellibra does

Sellibra generates designs, produces mockups, writes listing content and publishes to the Etsy shop you connect. It is a tool that acts on your instruction — you stay the seller, and you remain responsible for what goes live in your shop.

Your account

• You need a valid email address, and you are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
• One account per person or business. Sharing an account across unrelated sellers is not allowed.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and eligible to sell on Etsy.

Credits and plans

• New accounts receive free welcome credits. Generating a design costs credits; vectorising, background removal, mockup preview and the seller calendar require a paid plan.
• Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled, and include a monthly credit allowance. Cancelling stops the next renewal — it does not refund the current period.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not redeemable for money.
• If a generation fails through our fault, or returns something the tool clearly should not have produced, ask for a credit refund from the result screen. We review these individually and return the credits when the claim is fair.
• Bank transfer top-ups are quoted at an exchange rate fixed when you open the request. That rate includes a small margin and stays valid for the life of the request.

Your content and who owns what

• Anything you upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you.
• Designs generated for you are yours to sell. Note that AI output may not be identical across users, and in some countries AI-generated work cannot be copyrighted — that is a legal reality we cannot change.
• You must hold the rights to what you upload. Do not upload artwork, trademarks or characters you do not have permission to use, and do not use Sellibra to reproduce someone else's protected work.
• Mockup templates in the store are licensed to you for use in your own listings. You may not resell or redistribute the templates themselves.

Etsy

Sellibra is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy. When you connect a shop you also remain bound by Etsy's own policies — including their rules on intellectual property and prohibited items. If Etsy suspends or limits your shop, that is between you and Etsy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• generate or publish content that infringes someone's rights, or that is illegal, hateful or sexual content involving minors;
• resell or rebrand Sellibra's output pipeline as your own service;
• attempt to bypass credit limits, plan restrictions or rate limits, or access another account's data;
• put load on the service in a way that degrades it for other sellers.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is minor we will tell you first.

Availability

We work to keep Sellibra running but do not promise uninterrupted service. Parts of it depend on third parties — Etsy, payment and image providers — and their outages become ours. We may change or retire features; if a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you before it takes effect.

Liability

Sellibra is provided as is. We are not liable for lost sales, lost profit, shop suspensions, or damages arising from listings published through the tool. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may close an account that breaches these terms or goes unpaid. On closure your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, and unused credits expire.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you in the app before they apply; continuing to use Sellibra after that means you accept the new version.
